Idea - riots randomly appear periodically on the city map and last 5 - 10 mins. Costs x amount of energy plus x amount of nerve to join in with a 5% looting chance of random premium items.

I think 30 and 60 points is a little high for the chance to win 25 - 50 nerve or energy. Other than that cool idea

Just buy once. You need to buy it with points which you can get from the points market.
It would be nice to be able to put items up for sale in the market straight from your items page without having to go to city first.
