I am a software developer by profession and have been playing Torn for 200+ days. Even after seeing multiple warnings from admins about multi-accounting, my developer brain thought:

“Challenge accepted.”

So I created two extra accounts using VPNs and proxies. My genius plan was simple:
earn money on side accounts → transfer everything to my main account → become rich quietly.

I honestly believed nobody would detect it.

Unfortunately for me, Torn developers are apparently more intelligent than I am.

One fine day, all three accounts got banned instantly.
Main account? Gone.
Two side accounts? Gone.
My fake criminal empire? Destroyed.

And the funniest part?
All the illegally earned money got reversed and my balance went straight into negative.

I entered fed with around -120 million.

At that moment, I realized Torn admins don’t just catch criminals…
they financially ruin them too.

Thankfully, the admins gave me another chance instead of permanently banning me. Respect for that.

Now I am living the honest Torn life and slowly trying to bring my balance back to 0.

Current disadvantages of being broke beyond imagination:
• Can’t purchase anything from item store, not a single beer, lol

• Basically surviving like a true prison inmate
