I was having the same issue (you can see on how slow I progressed even when my account age is 100+ day, even more slow than you). After a quick evaluation I realized that my average time on the game is extremely low, even with the contribution, the faction, company, etc, they still demands more. In my opinion, you're not rushing or joined to quick, it's just your play time in general. Right now, I tried my best to level up and improving my time here also tried to learn the game by joining various community, it turned out great. The real reason of you getting kicked out might be still a mystery, but maybe my experience is similar to you and could help a bit :)

I don't know if you're joking here or what, but if you want an answer on that question maybe I will take a part (low-key bored rn). I preferred Tomboy, simply because I'm a male and straight. "Some" of femboy is cute, I know, already see some, but tomboy has some aura in them and that making them more attractive to me.
You see, when I was a child I'm always agitated to boyish girl, I always liked them, so if you asked "femboys or tomboys?" It'll be tomboy all day. (Tf did I just write dawg)
