So I am looking for fresh ideas, cool faction traditions you and your faction do together as a team to build moral/learn/grow/or just have fun, or in faction games, just some ideas on how I can get members of my faction involved and excited about this wonderful game more than they already are. Maybe something that your faction does , like secret Santa, or racing, or some kind of word game I dunno... I want to create something unique not just copy what yall are doing, unless if course your idea is brilliant as f**k and I can't but adopt the idea... anyways does anyone have any good ideas, or things they look forward to doing with their faction members that make you enjoy playing even more,. Please share , thank you

So I'm trying to figure out something fun to do within my faction. Like some kind of game or something you can do within your faction that is fun and challenging. With rewards for whoever wins, does anyone have any creative ideas? Maybe something you do within your faction together that is fun and unique, that once or twice or even thrice a year you look forward to doing on here that you've created. Please help me brainstorm ideas.
