Got off the plane in Mexico and within seconds was mugged for like 600k. I can’t use items to heal so do I just have to sit in the hospital? The fact I can even get mugged when traveling is wild. Any comments on how to avoid this perhaps.
I want to buy a bunch of properties and rent them out at a really low margin to cater towards new players while still cover costs and making money. I’ve spent time in the forums and never see this being done. Is it just not viable, or not worth it? Any people want to share their thoughts on this. My goal is affordable properties for new players while I generate passive income. I’m a new player myself and it seems the only thing people want to rent is a PI. But there is quite the gap for new players who arnt using specific leveling or grinding guides and just want to take our time learning.
