Just a thought -
Specialized gyms in different cities -
Suggestion is -
Karate Dojo in Japan, which only trains in defense, but is faster than Torn gyms.
Zulu Stick fighting in South Africa, which only trains Strength, but is faster than Torn gyms.
Kung Fu in China, which only trains Dexterity, but is faster than Torn gyms.
Boxing in Argentina, which only trains Speed, but faster than Torn gyms.
Cities and types of training can be researched for a more accurate historical focus.
The amount of Energy needed can vary and set a limit on use per visit to each city.
Not every city, but at least 4 of them.. one for each stat.
