You might want to purchase a it as your Class B car simply because that gives you a head start on outfitting it as a Mudpit car when you reach A class. But it's a risk, as there are a lot more tarmac tracks than dirt/mud tracks. I'm not sure if getting the Colina Tanprice is a good plan, or a horrible one. I decided not to chance it, and got the Volt MNG when I moved to Class B}
