A real review from a noob to other noobs:

So, at the time of this posting, I have been in Monarch Contagion for 44 days and I'm only 51 days old.

When I joined at 7 days old, I had no idea what to expect from a faction AND I had absolutely no idea how to play Torn. A day later a RW started. 

The leaders and veterans of this faction are here for you. I had my doubts at first and they proved all of them wrong. With a little guidance I even made a couple of million dollars off the RW at 8 or 9 days old! 

If you really want people to learn from while they're looking out for you, this is the place.
