I had a private Island rental at $3.3m for 30 days. I moved into a new rental on the 1 day remaining, and then got hit with "Your unpaid upkeep fees on an expired lease property have increased your loan by $2,900,000 ... and I owe that to Duke.
My properties overlapped (to keep my hapiness), and I let the other one go when it was saying one day left. Even if it was 1 day before it was let go, that would only be pone day overdue?
Is there an error, have I been scammed (possibly?), or have I got the mechanics wrong?
Who do i sue?

Thanks, I am sure I read somewhere that upkeep fees were paid by the owner during the tenancy, not the tenant, so obviously my bad.
