Like a wheel (think wheel of awesome) that lands on a certain item or category. Then only that or those items get refreshed into the available slot(s) Can be once a day that resets at the same time the casino does. Keeps in line with the gambling esthetic of torn.
Might prevent just spamming and buying of points and cause a drastic inflation of the points market to just spam resetting say one or two or more slots possibly. Which could make getting points with torn cash harder for newer players who want to unlock racing or bazaar quickly without spending many more millions on points.
