I was offline when it happened, Torntools wasn't a factor.
We're mid-war - I had two bounties put on me so I could sleep. While I was offline, I was attacked by the opposing faction leader, and they hospitalised me and claimed my bounty (don't ask me, their tactics are a bit all over the place).
But - I was only hospitalised for just over an hour, instead of the 3+ minimum. I don't have reduction in my faction, they definitely claimed the bounty, so they didn't hit leave. Yes I have revives turned off.
I know it was just over an hour because I have a log of being attacked an hour later:

I was in a race, for whatever that's worth.
The other bounty on me was claimed successfully a little later and it put me down for over 3 hours. I don't think that was by someone from the faction we're opposing, so maybe it being a person from the opposing faction we are at war with made the difference.
