When i first started busting ppl, I can do that easily. But now i seems have more failure even though the target is low level and has low jail time. Do I need to do law city job first?

Thanks everyone for the responses. To summarize, the stats related to busting are mostly hidden, so there isn’t a reliable way to accurately determine whether a bust attempt will succeed or not. I initially thought there might be some script that could help with this.
