I've been playing for 4 days and I think I am doing relatively okay. I see the point of medkits etc being at a "steep" price when you start off, but that's part of the essence. You feel rewarded when you start levelling up and start getting that BAG. I feel that if you do need help, its quite easy to get via: forums, youtube, internet etc. Torn isn't a game you can complete in a day.
Just my opinion as a new player.
(Also if you do need medkits, go on forums and have a look theres usually people giving away stuff like that away).
