I'm new to the game so I'd like to hear some opinions on this. If this isn't the place for it then pardon me.
I was reading the most recent article in Torn Times (https://www.torn.com/newspaper.php#!/articles/2851) and noticed that they talk about Andrew_616, a permanently banned player, as though they're still controlling a major faction post-ban. Don't get me wrong, I understand that banning everyone associated with that player would be nonsensical, but why are the staff just openly allowing this, better yet reporting on it? Doesn't it make the rules look kinda ineffectual? I understand that long-term players are valuable to the community, but shouldn't they at least have to make a new account, go by a new name? Idk, I'd like to hear what some veteran players think of this, because it seems wrong to me.
