As the guide says, do every crime in order til CS100. If you've left crimes undone that come before pickpocketing, go back and do those. If you haven't, then burglary. While you're at it, remember to try and see which merits you need and can get: you might still be in time to get the graffiti merit for reputation if you didn't do that and have CS100 on that one. 

Edit: hoo boy, just checked your stats. Go back, do Search for Cash, then Bootlegging, then Graffiti, so on and so forth. I feel pain for your CE gains. 

Found a really nice way to monetize E regen in order to get quicker happy jumps (and maybe fill the bank just that tiny bit faster). Really nice gains and really well streamlined process :)

Not gonna say no to the possibility of free xan. 

Onto the important part now, congrats! I'll see if I can replicate this in the next six years. I'll probably have forgotten though.

This is exactly my biggest gripe with this. It looks like devs wanted to bridge a gap between standard and airstrip/WLT/BCT, but there's potholes in the UK bigger than that gap. 

Now us airstrip fliers (the vast majority) got one item slot taken from us because of the suitcase nerf, and folks who fly standard because they haven't yet started renting will see a much lower improvement when they (duly) switch to airstrip. 

Every single traveler/trader is being fucked over unless abroad markets become NPC shops with higher markups for items proceeding from Torn, allowing everyone to do a constant export/import process. 

Trade went smoothly, price holds up to statement. Recommended

Fun part is it ain't even about game age, it's social awareness. If you don't start shit, shit won't get started (usually). And if you start shit, you're hopefully gonna be the one shoveling it. I ain't been here for even half of a year yet but that's basic life advice.

To add to what people have said- education courses. They're slow, but you can put merits into education time reduction, and the working stat increases tend to be somewhat decent.
