Can't afford a home? Need happiness? Tired of living in a god damn shack of all things?
I'm hoping to make things just a little easier and offer cheap, short term renewable leases on fully upgraded places. I'm not really looking do to anything other than cover upkeep costs and commit to future upgrades on futures homes.
All rental costs will go into upgrading (renovating) and purchasing new properties to add to the program!
I'm hoping this can be a means by which people can save for their own homes with greater ease!
