Keeping the lease period as weekly so I can help more players in case renters are able to upgrade their housing quickly, but you're definitely welcome to ask for an extension as long as you need it!
How to move in to your new rental:
1. Check your event log. You should see a notification stating that I have offered you a rental. Click accept.
2. Go to your listed properties under Residential.
3. Make sure to move in! Click the key button.
4. You can choose to hire staff to further increase happiness by up to 1725! Click "Customize this property" then "Staff Upgrades". Choose the options you want. Don't forget to pay your upkeep daily if you hire your staff!
5. Use tissues and candies to max out your happy as quickly as possible and hit the gym to get those stats!
Also willing to answer newbie questions or lead you to the right forum posts for those confused and overwhelmed with all the Torn knowledge available. Just ask away. 🥰
