ive just taken over leadership for a faction that had an inactive leader, thier balance does not leave me with enough to pay people that this faction still owes money to due to a negative balance equalling almost the total balance of faction bank. how do i zero this out so i can get people paid?

probably at some point, but i am currently paying people from my own money, sold everything ive got to get these people paid and still isnt enough, i told people that left due to the faction dying that i would still pay their balance due, and i intend to do that still. so i cant go anywhere untill thats done.
