When we upgrade "Education Length" merit to the maximum. and to shorten Education time more, there is two other ways: To be a Principal, or Having a West Side University (WSU) Stock Block of 1,000,000 shares.
The idea is to start an Education Loans from Big Leaders or Faction's money to buy (WSU) Stock Block of 1,000,000 shares, for same bank's interest rate. It's looks like a Win/Win situation, They can't invest more than $2B in Torn Bank, and we as a new players can't invest all that money in stocks for now. So more investments for them and a head start for us.

But this idea still need to be figured out what is the terms and conditions needed to make it work, what will be the loan insurance protection for the lender against borrower, How to keep this stock block on hold or freeze to protect the lender etc.
Many points need to be discussed and mange to make this idea work. Real banks loans terms and conditions irl can be a good reference to start with.
