Using Torn official app right now, my faction OC manager issued a payout for a successful Best of the Lot mission where the reward was the Mercia, he issued an 80% split straight to their balances which went through just fine but the vehicle reward would normally go to the Loot tab in the armory and its not there. There is also no log of anyone giving it away to someone else.
1* Music Store that's growing quickly, currently seeking to fill our last open position. Would prefer an employee that's able to fill a trainer position or a musician, but new players are welcome to apply.
Willing to pay premium for high statted employee or possibly can guarantee daily trains if we get a trainer role. Right now trains are free but rotational.

Ok I see what happened. The timestamp was throwing me off but I see now the vehicle goes to the armory immediately upon completion of the OC and not when it actually gets paid out. Thank you.
Also I have cleared the cache on the app, I have not tried a different browser yet.
