I am looking for a faction that wars every so often, does OCs, and chains. I am growing, but a faction that would provide Xanax and other items for training would be ideal - I can then stand a better chance in wars.

Looking for a genuinely chill faction, wars maybe once every couple weeks, and OCs all the time. I would also appreciate if you had perks for growth so I can get stronger than now: Faction perks, candy, xans, PI rental etc.
