At least they tried for something different. I think the matchmaking is always trial and error. You cant get something great without learning from your mistakes at first
That is a shitty way in my mind of ranking up. Why should i pay someone who will just sit idle there to just help me rank up cause of the system. I want to show my power and coordination as a faction, "win" my rank up and not loose money i can keep to some idle toon.
When i first saw the new matchmaking i thought oh this sounds nice it will help lower people participate better in wars and will give chance to new player fight hard. Well it does but the stat's ranking system was a bit of different in my mind.
