I use a phone (redmi note 14 5g) and if I click on the group chats icon I can drag whichever one I want to anywhere on my screen and when I let it it goes back to where it should be. But if I drag it on the down left part of the screen for some reason every other chat starts flying up. I do have a video recording of the bug but I do not know how to post it.
