Is giving phone numbers for loan not considered RMT? Yes it's personal choice but you can use torn items as leverage instead of phone numbers, also how do you feel if you're at work then suddenly someone from SMTH called you because you're late by a day to pay that loan? Also what are you going to do with the phone numbers? Just called the person and nothing happens? Or do you threaten them? As far as I know, debtors would usually do the latter
