I would love some more features added to the chats. I think it would make the experience much easier and more easy to read.
Accessibility settings - changeable font size and style
Floating mode - I would love to move the chat windows wherever I want. For example to the blank space on the right side of the screen in desktop mode. I often feel like chat is too bulky on the screen in the corner.
Custom groups - Ability to create private chat groups with friends.
Replying - Would make the chat more easy to read when someone tries to answer other's questions.
Mentions - Notify player when they get mentioned in the chat.
It seems like it is bloat. But I think it will make the game better.
