A Newbie's First Steps in Torn - Unexpectedly Addictive! · · 15 likes

Hey everyone,

I’m pretty new here, just started playing Torn not long ago. Honestly, I didn’t even plan to play at first, a friend of mine invited me, and I thought, “Why not give it a try?”

Turns out… I got hooked faster than I expected.

At the beginning, everything felt a bit overwhelming, stats, crimes, factions, the whole system. But that’s actually what makes it interesting. There’s always something to learn, something to improve, and it feels really rewarding when you start to understand how things work.

What I enjoy the most so far is the sense of progression and the community. Even as a beginner, I’ve already had some fun interactions and learned a lot from other players. It’s not just about playing, it’s about figuring things out step by step.

I’m still learning the ropes, making mistakes here and there, but that’s part of the journey, right?

If anyone has tips for a newbie like me, feel free to share, I’d really appreciate it!

Looking forward to growing and surviving in Torn.
Thanks for reading!angel

Honestly, I’m still a bit struggling to put my thoughts into English, so I used AI to help me organize my words and make them easier to read. But everything I’m saying truly comes from me in response to your advice. I apologize if that’s not okay.

Thanks for the suggestion, mate grin but I’m good for now. I kinda want to try playing without spending money first and just enjoy the grind and progression naturallybeard
