Me and my brother (Xandabug) both started playing this game around the same time but we both have got messages about having multiple accounts, I have been let off with a warning but my brother cannot access his account. Is there anything I can do to help him get his account back? I don't think the devs believe we aren't using the same account and they haven't done anything about it for about a week
