This situation is getting out of hand.
I am currently abroad this week, yet I am still putting in the effort to defend my side and provide evidence. Meanwhile, Mr. Will made his allegations and then disappeared from the discussion for a good 2–3 days. When he was asked to provide evidence, what was presented consisted of cropped screenshots of random chats.
Before reading further, PLEASE READ THE PREVIOUS POSTS I HAVE MADE IN THIS THREAD, as they contain additional context and evidence.
I'm going to answer some of the frequently asked questions I've been receiving.
Q: Did you keep track of every single attack he sent?
A: No. I live in Italy and he lives in California. There is a significant time-zone difference, and I regularly wake up to tons of notifications.
From the very beginning, I made my request clear: I wanted 40 attacks, and I was prepared to pay 200k per attack (check my previous posts for evidence).
I wasn't sitting there counting and tracking every individual attack as it came in. I told him exactly what I wanted from the start, and while he kept doing his thing, I kept flying.
Q: At any point did you tell him, "I'm not paying for these," "I don't need these," or anything along those lines?
A: No. I never said I wasn't paying.
What I said from the beginning was simple: I wanted 40 attacks, and I was ready to pay 200k per attack.
That was the arrangement I agreed to.
Q: What if he sent more than the 40 attacks you requested?
A: If he chose to send more than the 40 attacks I specifically requested, I don't believe he can then turn around and force me to pay for additional attacks that I never ordered or agreed to.
My request was 40 attacks at 200k each. I was clear about that from the start.
If someone voluntarily goes beyond what was agreed upon, that doesn't automatically change the agreement afterward.
Q: Why didn't you stop him immediately if he went over 40?
A: Again, there is a major time-zone difference between us. He is in California; I am in Italy. I wake up to tons of notifications, and I wasn't actively sitting there monitoring and counting every attack in real time.
I had already communicated what I wanted: 40 attacks.
I expected the agreement I gave him to be followed.
Q: So are you refusing to pay what you originally agreed to?
A: No. I've never said that.
I agreed to 40 attacks at 200k per attack, and I have never denied that agreement.
What I disagree with is the idea that somebody can exceed the amount I requested and then demand additional payment as though I had agreed to an unlimited number of attacks.
Q: Why are you still entertaining this dispute after everything that's happened?
A: The fact that he has publicly tried to damage my name, while in my view repeatedly making false claims in an attempt to get more money from me, is already serious enough (check previous posts for evidence of this)
Despite that, I'm still being patient enough to hear him out and address the allegations one by one.
I'm not avoiding the situation. I'm currently abroad and still taking the time to respond, provide my side, and present the evidence I have.
All I'm asking is that people look at what was actually agreed upon from the beginning rather than changing the terms after the fact.
I wanted these attacks for the 50 defend merit.
Q: What exactly was the merit requirement?
A: The merit requires you to successfully defend against 50 attacks.
Q: Did you need all 50 attacks from this arrangement?
A: No. I already had successful defends from previous wars.
Because of that, I only needed approximately 40 more attacks to complete the merit.
Q: How much was supposed to be sent per attack?
A: The agreed amount was approximately 200k per attack.
So:
~40 attacks × ~200k = ~8 million
This lines up with the approximately 8.3 million that cjbeanz stated I sent him in total.
Q: Why is the 8.3 million figure important?
A: Because it directly corresponds with the number of attacks I still needed for the merit.
I needed roughly 40 additional successful defends, at approximately 200k per attack. The total amount sent around 8.3 million is therefore consistent with the arrangement.
Q: What is Will accusing you of?
A: Will accused me of not sending the money for these attacks.
However, I have logs showing the payments that were sent.
This is why I have repeatedly asked people to look at the full context and evidence, rather than relying on cropped screenshots or isolated conversations.
Again, please read my previous posts in this thread before coming to a conclusion.
