Seeking an active, veteran co-leader to manage recruitment and
member activity for Lost Souls Inc. Must be trustworthy and
available. Financial perks included, but all Respect/Point spending
remains under Leader-only control.
Recruiting a right-hand for a drug/alcohol-focused faction. I need
your game knowledge and management skills to help us expand.
Note: Strategic decisions and point allocations are strictly
consensus-based/Leader-approved.
Lost Souls Inc is recruiting a dedicated, veteran Co-Leader. I’ve
personally sunk over 18 million into this foundation, and I’m only
looking for someone 100% loyal and zero-sleaze. A 8 million buy-in is
mandatory (price negotiable for the right candidate)—if you have
skin in the game, you won't abandon the crew. You will manage
recruitment and member activity, but all Respect and Point spending
is strictly Leader-controlled. No exceptions. We are here to dominate
the drug and alcohol trade. If you want a piece of the action and
have the discipline to lead, message me. No tourists, no flakes.
To be clear: I am the leader forever. This isn't a democracy; it’s a
business. I have already unlocked the Armory, secured weapons, and
expanded our capacity to 10 members using my own points and
reputation. If you join, you are coming into a structured environment
where I have already laid the groundwork and the capital. The 8
million buy-in is non-negotiable insurance that you are here for the
long haul and won't flake on the crew. I am looking for a partner who
can execute the day-to-day operations—handling the recruitment
grind and keeping members active—while respecting the hierarchy.
You get the perks and the influence, but the power over the faction’s
core assets stays with me. If you can’t handle being the right-hand to
a permanent leader, don’t waste my time. If you’re ready to dominate
the market and show total loyalty, step up (P.S you still get all active
buffs and boosts and you even receive a paycheck plus other buffs
from being my co-leader I can promise you you will have a lot more
going for you than a basic member as well as the authority that you
do hold over lower ranks you will also have a say within faction chats
and votes and everything and your word will be taken with high
standard but when it comes to the restrictions in place for managing
my faction those are non-negotiable at the end of the day I retain full
100% ownership and you're like a business partner that has invested
into my company but by investing you've essentially get the second
highest authority over anybody within your confined restrictions and
when I am not presently active with the restrictions you have to kill
leader in place you still hold enough authority to keep the faction
running smoothly while I am offline essentially making you the fill in
leader which is why you get so many buffs and perks and a
paycheck and you're the only one receiving a paycheck until I get my
three commander in Chiefs so for the price you get a lot in return and
this is more like I said a business investment and you're a business
partner the more you strive to make this company successful the
more you get in returns) lastly all members are required to join Lost
Souls INC discord channels to maintain full secrecy at all times if
you have troubles DM me and I will send you a link. One last note as
co-leader you will make $6,000 to $10,000 a day based on
performance if you outperform yourself you may even receive pay
promotions up to a maximum of $50,000 a day although getting
demoted for incompetence pay wise is a thing as well, and you will
be paid out at 00.00 TCT so at the server refresh time everyday.
That's not to mention due to the 8 million-dollar buy-in you are also
subject to getting extra buffs and abilities as time goes on.
