It has occurred to me before, but perhaps did not fully hit me until I reviewed this pot.
Villain A is in UTG +1 has raised to 4.5 M, 100 MM Effective 2-2
Villain B is UTG +3 and called 200MM Effective w/ KQ
Hero is in the cutoff-1 and has AQo @ 200MM effective
The flop is Q-Q-2
naturally each of us get it all in. Board runs out with green reverse uno and a tarot card if memory serves.
I should be at 200 MM, right? AQQ > KQQ
