After seeing this forum I think it's time I also share my experience with Slinky's, now known as ()))))).
(TLDR) -- Feels good in the beginning, Low war pay, No time to happy jump, In denial about being a farm, Dismissive of complaints, Hindering player growth. Left feeling robbed/upset. --
They recruited me when I was less than 5 days old. Admittedly, this felt surreal and exciting. I was welcomed into the family quickly and many players shared their years of experience and tips. They are organized, provide many perks, lots of tools available and a well stocked armoury for new players to get geared up.
For weeks I helped build chains. These chains start with the war and carry on until we reach the goal. With my personal war + chain payout ranging between 4m to 16m. This was achieved with 40 - 120 outside hits. (War & Chain hits paid the same rate, from 120k to 160k each according to the sheets I have saved)
After achieving our weekly chain goal there would be a maximum of 2-3 days to attempt a happy jump before immediately having to stack for the next war. In many cases, the payout barely covered, or failed to cover, the 4 Xanax and mid tier candy needed to keep up the happy jump cycle.
About a month in, there was mention in chat about a faction we were warring being a "cache farm", which was brought up after they had called US a cache farm. Experienced players in chat were quick to defend this claim. Albeit this prompted some personal research about cache/respect farms and war pay.
After reviewing multiple online sources as well as directly communicating with leadership and members of unrelated factions, it was quickly clear our payouts were far below the rates I was seeing elsewhere. Upon bringing my findings to the attention of our leadership they were quickly dismissed. I was told that the war payouts I was reading and hearing about were unrealistic.
Once comparing our payouts with what I was seeing and hearing from other factions, I became increasingly uncomfortable with how little our members were receiving relative to the amount of work being put in.
Faction challenges to get "promoted" relied on depriving yourself of Xanax & Refills (Two of the most important resources for early account growth) This left me feeling weaker and weaker every week as I watched accounts with similar play time skyrocket their stats.
In the end I decided to leave and explore new options, but going through this whole mess left me quite upset and discouraged. To describe it simply, I felt robbed of time and progression.

The inability to eat a Xanax while at full energy stack. I'm certain that new players and veterans alike have made this mistake.
A few times now I've witnessed the consumption of a Xanax that was meant to be a Vicodin. I'm curious if anyone else has had this problem and would like the idea of a "safety net" to prevent the consumption of Xanax while at full stack.
Here's my example.
""Xanned out of your mind, pile of pills on the table. You reach to grab your next hit when suddenly George busts through the door. In a chaotic frenzy he knocks the table over and the pills go flying. You manage to shuffle George out of the house, and spend a few minutes picking up the scattered pills. This encounter has you full of adrenaline, you decide to hold off on another Xanax until you're excess energy subsides.""

I have 208 points to spend after only spending 33 on the way here. (C class = Volt RS with Weight reduction + Rally tires. 7 points total)
Thank you for your beauty of a guide! It really reinforced what I had observed and it saved the racing career of a friend after he overspent on points heading into class C

Thank you very much for the opportunity to take part in the race! After a hard fought battle bouncing between 100th and 95th, my finishing placement comes in at 97/97 in the Indigo race! (Three racers crashed).
