Why does the alcohol cool down keep hitting the max when I'm not consuming any alcohol? This has been happening within the last week or so. It's a bit frustrating because I can use alcohol to up my nerve now because of the cooldown.

We had a retaliation come through our faction for one of our Green Leafs, and the first issue I noticed was it said:
None [4308101] of N/A has attacked FriggValhalla [4305578], but the retaliation timed out
And so I went to check out the person's profile since it said None and of N/A (I found that really weird) and for some reason it didn't have the X over the gun- so I went to see what it would do if I attacked the dude, and it actually let me.
Why would it let me attack a Green Leaf?
