What about making it to where faction leaders can add members to an oc. They could see what position is best for each person and assign them the roles. It should be a setting that a player could toggle on and off in case the power was abused or something. And it would not be available for members that have gone inactive after a certain period of time.

This was my first elimination ever and I had fun with you all I only got to make like 16 hits but it was a learning experience and the drama kind of made it fun. I wish it wasn't so short and hope the rest of the eliminations are every bit as absolute chaos and destruction as it was for us. And may it go like no one plans it to. Nine lives ruled.
