Hello everyone!

     We’ve built myGear, an independent marketplace for buying, selling, auctioning, and discovering Ranked War weapons and armor.

     Sellers can keep their gear listed while they are offline and their bazaar is closed. There is no need to repeatedly advertise in chat or remain online waiting for a buyer.

     Buyers can browse available gear, compare stats and prices, and contact the seller when they find the right item. The final exchange always takes place through Torn’s official trade system.

Marketplace features

• Listings remain visible while the seller is offline.
• Browse the marketplace without creating an account.
• Search by item name or seller.
• Filter by price, quality, damage, accuracy, armor, and bonuses.
• Separate views for weapons and armor.
• Compare Ranked War items and prices in one place.
• The Trade button copies a message for the seller and opens their Torn trade     page.  
• Items and money are never held by myGear.
  
  

Auctions

Sellers can also list their gear through an auction:

• Set a minimum starting bid.
• Bids update live.
• Later bids require a minimum $10m increment.
• Auctions do not have a fixed timer.
• The seller may accept the highest offer when satisfied.
• The winning trade is completed directly through Torn.
  
  

Important: A bid is considered a commitment. Refusing an accepted winning bid may result in a permanent myGear account ban under the platform’s one-strike bidding policy.

Provably-fair Raffles

myGear also hosts official Ranked War gear raffles using Premium Tokens.

• The draw begins automatically when the required number of tickets is reached.  
• A SHA-256 server-seed commitment is published before the draw.  
• Every ticket purchase contributes a browser-generated client seed.  
• The server seed is revealed after the draw.
• Anyone can independently verify the commitment, result hash, and winning ticket directly in their browser.  
• Cancelled raffles automatically refund all spent Premium Tokens.  
• Prizes are delivered through Torn’s official trade system.

Easy item listing

Items can be imported using:

• JSON from the myGear userscript.
• Direct item UID.
• Currently equipped gear.
• Items from your Display Case.
  
  

  Prices support exact values and shortcuts such as 100m, 1.5b, or $250m.

  New accounts receive 20 free listing tokens. These can be used for Marketplace or Auction listings.

API key privacy

  Your Torn API key is used to verify your identity and retrieve the item information you request.

• It is kept only in the current browser tab session.
• It is never stored on the myGear server or in the database.
• It is cleared when the browser tab is closed.
• A custom Torn API key with only the required selections is sufficient.

myGear Raffles

Xanax raffles for Torn gear. Every raffle has a fixed pool. When it fills, it draws itself and the winner gets the prize sent in game.

How to enter

Good to know

• The pool draws the moment it fills. Some raffles also have a deadline, shown on their image.
• Xanax that doesn't fit is sent back to you: pool already full, over the per-player limit, or raffle already closed.
• If two people send at the same moment and only one fits, whoever Torn logged first gets in and the other is refunded.
• Wrong or missing code? We hold the Xanax and sort it out by hand: into the raffle you meant, or back to you.
• Only Xanax counts. Other items are not entries.
• Every result is posted in this thread with the draw's numbers. The How the draw works post shows how to check any draw yourself.

How the draw works

Every draw is provably fair: the secret that decides the winner is locked in before anyone enters, and every number is published afterwards so anyone can redo the draw.

Step by step

Why nobody can pick the winner

• The server seed is fixed and its hash is public before the first entry.
• The entry list is made by the players' own deposits.
• Changing the seed afterwards would change its hash, and everyone has the hash.

Check any draw in your browser

Open the console (F12), paste this, and replace SERVER_SEED, ENTRY_LIST and ***** with the values from a result post (keep the quotes around the first two). Every result post also has a copy with its own values already filled in.

Any SHA-256 / HMAC tool works too: the steps above are all you need.

New feature added:

• ability to post items to auction instead of straight up marketplace. Sellers will be presented 2 options: sell - goes straight to marketplace and auction - goes straight to auction tab where people can bid.
• no predefined timeline for the auction, seller chooses highest bid when it suits him.
• incremental 10m bids, no tricks with 1$ over the minimum bid defined by the seller. Bid wisely. Bids can be written as 400000000 or 400m or 1b in case it’s a billion, it will be reflected accordingly in the listed item.
• when reaching a certain threshold where the seller is happy with the amount, he can accept the bid and no other bids will be possible on that listing. The seller and the buyer can then talk and trade inside Torn.

Hi. Thanks for the feedback. Swapped the entry cap to 350. We believe this is a good middle ground. I will not update the server hash reply since that one needs to stay untouched, but there is a reference to the old “450” entry cap there that people should be ignoring.

Thanks! Will do this asap. I believe we will most likely have a mechanism where listings stay for 30 days, after that they get removed automatically.

• If the pool isn't full by 25 Oct 2026 21:00 TCT it is drawn with the entries in at that point.
• Xanax that doesn't fit (pool already full, over the per-player limit, raffle closed) is sent back to you.
• The image above updates live with every entry and shows the winner once drawn.
