What Founding Members Get

Zero tax. Forever.

Anyone who joins on the ground floor and helps build this thing pays no company tax at any point in the future — not at 3 stars, not at 7, not at 10. You helped build it, you don't pay to stay.

Profit sharing for grinders. Employees who actively help the company grow — showing up, keeping efficiency high, staying loyal through the climb — get cut in on company profits as we scale. This isn't a "maybe someday" promise. This is written into how Slicks operates.

Negotiable salaries until 3 stars. I know new companies pay poorly. Tell me what you need to make this worth your time and we'll work it out. Once we hit 3 stars, salaries stabilize into the standard 10* AN progression path.

Active players who log in daily

Loyal builders — I'd rather have 5 committed employees than 9 who ghost

Anyone at any stat level — new players welcome, veterans welcome

Players who understand the long play — this isn't a get-rich-quick company, it's a 6-12 month build to something real
