Hello - My Faction was working on a chain yesterday, and I got low on Energy, so I did a refill using 30 points. The 30 points were removed from my account and I was given nothing in Energy for it. My Log showed I didn't spend the points and therefore didn't receive the Energy. Can someone assist me in getting my points back?
