I got lucky and found one for a decent price and I'm very happy with 5025 happiness for the price I'm paying for it. Airstrip included, and more. But trust me 100k isn't what I'm paying for it 10x the amount. You get what your willing to pay for. You want quality then be willing to pay the asking price
