Due to my current roommate/spouse being in federal jail, I'm looking to change my situation.
So, I am looking for a serious/long term roommate/tenant/spouse.
Offering fully upgraded island 5025 happy. (4225+all staff)
Monthly fee: 12mil in rent + 5mil in upkeep.
For a total of 17mil each month.
Due each month on the x th (start date of the agreement)
I'll use this to pay upkeep so you don't have to think about that.
Currently average rent for a maxed island is 1mil per day or 30mil per month.
Upkeep of fully maxed island with staff is 352000/day or 10575000/month.
Which in total comes to +40 mil a month. So this is a good deal, I think.
So if you are; serious, interested for long term, abiding by the game rules, and looking for a PI to live this is the deal of a lifetime for you!

for now i have found what i was looking for
Made it to class A with this build loved it, had over 50% winratio.
But now im not sure what to do, go all in on the Colina Tanprice (is there a guid what upgrades i should get now/first?)
Or Go for the Edomondo NSX first & later rotate back to the Tanprice?
