I built this PC in Q4 2023. The RAM and GPU have been great for AI, and after using the M2 SSD's I would never go back. The mouse has been excellent; no problems and it beats all the Razer mice I used to use. The Razer keyboard however is from like ~2014 and still hasn't had any issues. Incorporating a UPS has been great too, for power flickering and outages.
