Hi all, new players and planning my account. I'm having some difficulty with the importance of the permanent passive job perks and was hoping some veteran players could enlighten me.

I understand the importance of principal for the education speed. I also see surgeon for revive (although that one could wait a bit).

But the Federal judge has a big leap in work stats requirement. And I wonder how much it will really pay off to get it early. This is because crime and OCS don't seem to profitable to me. 

Any experienced players with advice/thoughts? Your insights would be greatly appreciated 

not sure, but an investigation might be good

Easy:

goal 1: level 15.

First build stats to 2k total. Do this by using gym.

Sell a few losses per day to use some Xanax for extra energy (not too much you need level 15 for rehab, so don't go above 5% addiction). Also rent a Private Island (700k~1m per day excl upkeep)

When reach 2k stats use ffscouter.com target finder to hit and leave people for XP. XP is based on level

Goal 2: 40k battle stats and 15k~20k workstats (requirements for principal)

Sell losses, purchase Xanax and do a few edvds jumps. You should be able to reach 40k in a few weeks, with this you can participate in silver to early gold wars comfortably. This will net you a few tens of mil extra per week. Meanwhile purchase trains at a company. You can probably do ~7 trains 500k each.

Goal 3: get principal perk, build bank and build battle stats (this is where I am currently at)

Remember: selling losses and converting that money into edvds jumps builds much more stats than using the gym directly. Only drawback is that don't progress gym as fast, but you will catch-up to that later (probs during goal 3)

Your costs will be:

• 1m PI per day
• 2.5m for Xanax per day
• 3.5m for trains per day
• Throw in 1~2m per day for miscl

Edit: so to increase battle stats: rent a pi, get your happiness to the cap and do edvds jumps

Because people that build them are often "function over form".  Second, as they build it they understand its functionality and a UI becomes obsolete for them

Hold stockblock for 7 days for it to activate. Any education started while stockblock is activated will get the reduction.

Good to note:

• if stockblock is activated during an education, that education will not be reduced. It needs to be active before you start the education
• You can hold the stock --> start education --> sell stock. It will still work because it was activated when you started the edu

The problem is there is no "need" for some to fight, so we need to create that need:

• make a single "king territory" in the middle of the map. Whoever occupies it owns the server. Whoever owns it can do some special things that affect everyone. Hope they don't anger the server and have everyone want to fight them ;)
• More territored would be fun. How many factions are on the server? What percentage has a territory? In real life even small gangs own a street
• Plunder someone's racket instantly yielding some profit? Perhaps these raids can be a bit fast so the territory holders needs to be vigilant.... Or take revenge

I kind of like that its the rule of the strong. Makes sense with the maffia/criminal theme

55k battle stats, 17k workstats, 400m value in 80 days. Very active and looking for:

• warring faction with 1.5m+ respect
• Preferably payout based on hits or similar structure
• Perks on travel capacity, nerve, energy and addiction (I take permanent Xanax)
• Loss selling allowed
• Nice rw and oc payouts

I'd like to add that this also works for russian roulette. If you are afraid of getting mugged just do the following:

Start russian roulette game --> take syrup --> enjoy your safe game. cant get mugged because you are in hospital

EDIT: It seems as long as you start an activity first, you can use the hospital to make the activity safe. Im not sure to how many activities this extends

Seems like the same hospital my wife went to a year ago. I recognize the curtains

Purchase trains. It's hard when your stats are low but I succeeded in it as well. Look for companies with low requirements like firestarter, and prepare to pay maybe a bit of a premium. The beginning is the hardest

Just take as many as you can. Chance to overdose is only about 2%. Don't let your withdrawal get too big or you can get kicked of education and your job employer won't like it. But you can just rehab in switserland
