The World Cup in Russia is only 7 days away so I would love to start a competition. (If there is enough interest)

Below is the list of teams which have qualified for the World Cup. (I believe)

It is free to enter for a total prize fund of 100 million.

If your teams wins the group then it is 1 million from my personal funds.

If the top goalscorer is from your team it is 5 million from my personal funds.

Teams will be given based on a RNG.

Comment below to join and you will be given a team at random!

If anyone would like to donate anything towards the prize fund, please send over with “World Cup” as the message.

Hello,

I am doing this in hoping to gain a little bit of knowledge from running experts (if any) on Torn.

I am going to be doing the worlds biggest half marathon run this year, the Great North Run for the very first time.

Im looking for tips for the run, things to do/not do & hopefully a little donation here and there.

I am running for Cancer Research which is an amazingly charity doing great work.

Im also running it in memory of a man who lost his battle last year, Eric Cook.

Put your merit points into education time reduction first, until that is maxed. Then into banking interest rates until it's maxed.


Disagree with this one. Feel putting merits in education is a massive waste.

Newcastle United Takeover ·

Very interesting points, especially around the club being run as a business.

This is true & we are in a lucky position to be in the black but look at some of the clubs in the red, they have more success and have better teams.


For me, it’s got so bad I would take a couple of relegations for the fans to get their club back and restart again, without Ashley.


I feel eventually we could end up in a better positions at the expense of taking a few years to do it in.


This takeover has to happen for me, although looking more unlikely by the day. If it doesn’t happen, we will return to the usual ways of the past 13 years. Which is what I worry about.

This is the thing. He is skint, the media and UK government go after him every 2-3 months for his less than minimum wage work force.

His sports direct company is taking massive hit after massive hit financially. The demand at the club for money is getting greater and he doesn’t like to spend. It’s going to hit a wall soon.

I seen a short period in our history but I was around for the Sir Bobby era and want to feel that excitement again of when we go into a game we have a chance.

Thats not been there for 13 years so I feel it’s time.

Evening,

I’m a Newcastle United fan and sick of hearing stories and rumours surrounding the takeover.

The press, the UK government getting involved etc etc.

What are other football fans opinions on it? Do you think it will go through?


Feel like, if it does happen, we will be hated by a lot of clubs fans.

Just want to get a measure of the general consensus amongst other football fans.
