I am newer to the game so it wasn't a horrible loss but I wouldnt want it to happen later on. I am not positive what my level was - maybe 10ish. When I logged on it was back to 1. I put all of my nerves back into it hoping it would fix it self but it did not.
Not sure what happened!
I asked the George bot what could cause my level to drop and it said that shouldn't happen usually and directed me here. But yes, you are right. That is exactly what happened. Thank you!
