Id just like to say GREAT JOB to everyone who gave it their best, especially anyone under a million stats, and anyone who would up every day willing to fight, friends and foes alike.
Lower stat players like myself had about 10 seconds to live to get 1-2 attacks in before hospitalization, and in the end, Mercs were paying 2-3 million per kill to hospitalize us in our final hours, which is flattering to say the least, and many other teammates in the last day, experienced the same thing.
It's wild that so much money was dumped into an event where the reward is a merit. Torn is truly a crazy game.
Anyone under a million stats with over 100 kills really helped carry us further than I thought possible. Every bit helped.
I do think for next year, it may be wise for us to focus on "tickets" and less on short term elimination. We had top 3 in attacks at time of elimination but finished 5th, and it doesn't take a data scientist to realize it's because we were attacking teams with zero tickets to give, which shot us in the foot long term.
We sacrificed our advantageous position to help our allies, at our own detriment.
It was a single minded strategy and it had mixed results. You need tickets to sit at the bargaining table late game, and to avoid getting focused down. You never want to be in the position of asking allies to "please help us, we helped you. Remember?". Because they might not pick up.
Again, great job team, we all learned lessons both on the battlefield and off.
indian or japanese curry, japanese Napolitan pasta, sichuan green beans come to mind.
curry is generally really easy, just get a meat, chicken or beef, cut into pieces, cook in oil, add vegetables, onions, garlic, fresh or powder, add a few scoops of curry paste, pataks is good, add a can of coconut milk in the last few minutes, salt to taste, make rice, put everything on rice. you can make large batches and eat it for days.
well fought homies

Stripping away modern digital excess, 'sticks and stones' by ShadowBanker embraces the deliberate minimalism of humanity’s earliest creative impulses. Channeling ancient cave art and elemental drawing techniques, the composition relies on rudimentary tools to reduce form to its absolute essence.
Like Picasso stripping away realistic detail to reveal primal energy, the work reimagines complex structures through raw, elemental shapes. At the same time, it echoes the meditative quality of a Rothko canvas, where depth reveals itself slowly. What begins as a simple arrangement of line and stone transforms the longer you sit with it. By returning to the foundation of human mark-making, the piece offers a quiet truth: sometimes we have to look back into our earliest past to understand where art is heading next.
A secret truth can also be found in the work. Instead of 2026, the artist chose to give our current year as twenty twenty sticks, proving both his loyalty to the movement and echoing the primacy of his work.
I prefer not to include my username and number on my art but if it's necessary for the content, I submit. Please refer to the original image for the true essence of the work.
