Hey Tornians

Here's a thought I had this morning :

Outside of Torn I do combat sports and work with MMA fighters, so I'm often watching MMA fights... And to spice things up, put a bill here and there on the matches I watch! 🥊

I often bet on UFC/PFL fights I watch and not only I'm pationate about the domain, I found that I have a some good results (~70% Win Rate). The thing is, I don't have anyone to share my thoughts with and passionnately talk about MMA with 😛

So I thought, that would be you guys! 👋

So here I'll be documenting all my bets, explaining my positions and sharing the results with you guys! I'll be allowing 1Mil to start with and see how we can grow it with my UFC picks on the Bookie.

And, who knows, maybe win enough bets to finally get my own Private Island 😂😅

*This is not financial advice, please bet at your own risk, I'm far from being a professional, I'm just a dude who likes UFC and sharing the bets I take. I do not advise you to do anything with your hardcearned money*

You can find all the results of the bets we have taken so far : Bookie Runs - UFC Edition

Fighters, are you ready?🔔

For this first rounds, this is gonna be a though one.

And for that first try I might even fall flat on my face!😅 I really chose my timing.

We're starting with the UFC Fight Night: Hernandez vs. Rodrigues.

I don't have much knowledge about the fighters on the card, so I'll do my best and reduce my risk accordingly. I do feel good about my picks, but I don't bet as much when my confidence level isn't super high.

Here are my bets and my thought

Gregory Rodrigues v Anthony Hernandez

I'm tempted to go with Robocop; he's on a roll, but this matchup scares me. Hernandez is strong, younger, has beaten tougher opponents, and is a force to be reckoned with. But Robocop has proven his strength and pulled off some big upsets in the past, so I believe in him!

14:24:45 - 21/08/26 You placed a $50,000 (x2.62) bet in the Bookie on Gregory Rodrigues (2-Way Full event) bet on Anthony Hernandez v Gregory Rodrigues (Mixed Martial arts)

Reinier de Rider v Roman Dolidze

Reinier took a good break after pushing himself and fighting relentlessly in 2025. Roman is 38, which is getting old for the sport. RDR seems to have more experience in the cage and has beaten some big names (Bo Nickal, Robert Whittaker). We'll see, it's another dangerous fight; I think it could go either way.

14:26:08 - 21/08/26 You placed a $50,000 (x1.25) bet in the Bookie on Reinier de Ridder (2-Way Full event) bet on Reinier de Ridder v Roman Dolidze (Mixed Martial arts)

Serghei Spivac v Vitor Petrino

Spivac can be very surprising; he always has, but this time I think Petrino will have the upper hand. Their records are very similar, but Serghei has suffered two recent losses, while Vitor is on a three-fight winning streak. However, he's taking on the #6 seed in the division, a big challenge. We'll see.

14:28:01 - 21/08/26 You placed a $50,000 (x1.67) bet in the Bookie on Vitor Petrino (2-Way Full event) bet on Sergey Spivac v Vitor Petrino (Mixed Martial arts)

Mason Jones v Marquel Mederos

I know nothing about either fighter. However, I have a particular fondness for fighters from the United Kingdom. The UK produces some very good fighters. Looking at their records, Mason has a better one and seems to have more experience in the cage. This is an emotional bet, so I'm going with the odds!

14:27:15 - 21/08/26 You placed a $50,000 (x1.30) bet in the Bookie on Mason Jones (2-Way Full event) bet on Marquel Mederos v Mason Jones (Mixed Martial arts)

There it is! What are YOURE thoughts on these match ups?

I probably won't be watching the fights since they are quite late in my region and with a 2 months old, I'll take all the sleep I can get! But I'll share the results with you guys Sunday morning!

There's a couple of other good fights coming (Parnasse, Umar, Joshua Van, Volkanovski, Tsarukyan, Gable Steveson plus a couple of interesting fight nights) but I wont place my bets yet and will do when the fights are closer, so I have stuff to share on a regular basis instead of one big post.

Thanks for following me in this adventure!

Alright see you Sunday morning with the results of this weekend! 🎫

PS: Oh and  feel free to share your picks as well upvote and comment if it helps!

If you appreciate what I do, simply leave a thumbs up! Its easy, doesn't cost anything and its greatly appreciated 🙏

iiiiiits tiiiiime 🎉

Here we go for another run of my Bookie Picks - UFC Edition and this weekend we have the UFC 332 : Silva VS Cong💪

While I tried to keep this one minimal, I'm still excited for a couple of these fights. So I took the time to think about it for a little while.

By the way I saw that a couple of you have been following and picking bets I share! Thank you so much for your trust, I appreciate it and I'm thrilled to see more and more UFC fans 🔥!!

I also want to remove some pressure of my shoulder by saying that :

I share every fight I take, you see the wins, but you see the losses as well. All of them. So you know my performances.

My bets are not recommandations. If you wanna follow along please bet at your own risks and always bet with money you are willing to lose.

With that being said..

HERE. WE. GO.

Fighters are you ready?🥊

Bets are placed and now it's in destiny's hands!

Ateba Gautier VS Roman Kopylov

Oooooh am I excited when Ateba Gautier is fighting! Ateba has been on a roll, he has been knocking out people left and right and up and down. He's on a 6 win streak in the UFC. This fight might be a tough on though. Because Ateba hasn't fought some big names so far and now he's gonna go agaisnt Roman Kopylov who has fought bigger names in the octogon. I think it might be a tough fight for Ateba, but he will prevail and prove he can start to fight names in the UFC.

08:32:52 - 26/09/26 You placed a $100,000 (x1.50) bet in the Bookie on Ateba Gautier (2-Way Full event) bet on Ateba Gautier v Roman Kopylov (Mixed Martial arts)

Damian Pinas VS Andrey Pulyaev

I saw Damin Pinas fight some time ago and got a nice KO in R1. Now he's fighting a guy who is 1-3 in the UFC and on a 2-lose streak. I don't think Pulyaev will win this one. He's up against a though opponent. Pinas will win this one.

22:33:19 - 28/09/26 You placed a $50,000 (x1.20) bet in the Bookie on Damian Pinas (2-Way Full event) bet on Damian Pinas v Andrey Pulyaev (Mixed Martial arts)

Mike Parkin VS Johnny Walker

Sad to see Johnny Walker fall in the Early prelims, he used to be a main card guy.

He's going agaisnt a young gun who's 10-1 with 5 wins in the UFC and 1 loss. However Walker has got a lot of experience and fought some tough guys. This fight is gonna be a Heavyweight fight, so maybe Walker will bounce back from his couple losses? He'll be more confortable in his "natural" weight? Maybe? This one I'm really not sure. Johnny has an opportunity to show he's not done yet. But I think the Johnny train is over.

I'm sorry Johnny but I'm going with Parkin. Johnny had a lot of difficulty at Light Heavyweight and going to HW I feel like he's just gonna be slower and not used to this class yet, while fighting a guy who is confortable and thriving in this class.

22:33:32 - 28/09/26 You placed a $50,000 (x2.16) bet in the Bookie on Mick Parkin (2-Way Full event) bet on Johnny Walker v Mick Parkin (Mixed Martial arts)

Alright let's go, I'm adding another 50k

23:21:43 - 28/09/26 You placed a $50,000 (x2.16) bet in the Bookie on Mick Parkin (2-Way Full event) bet on Johnny Walker v Mick Parkin (Mixed Martial arts)

It's done! The bets are now in the books and there's no going back!

Event will be this saturday and I feel good about my picks.

I'm sure we'll have a pretty good event on this UFC 332, ther will also be some other good fights to watch (Talbott, King Green, etc)

(King Green against Ribovics would be an interesting one to watch, I'm not betting on this one, but I think Ribovics will win this fight.

What are your picks for this event?

Ding! Ding! Ding! Fights over🔔

So this card is over and in the books!

Didn't have the opportunity to watch the card as I was with family. But apparently some good fights went down!

On this card I had only one pick and glad to see that it was the right one!

Raul Rosas Jr VS Raoni Barcelos

🏆Rosas Jr Wins via TKO

Apparently this was a very good fight, Barcelos got some good rythm and gave Rosas a hard time in R2, R3 and R4. I saw Barcelos fell at the end of R5 which gave the win to Rosas by TKO. Barcelos seems like he fainted and had to be taken out on a stretcher. I honestly thought that he died or had  stroke or something serious.

As of this morning he seems to be stable, alert and responsive. his coach said "Raoni is fine. Everythign is alright, everyone stay calm. We are waiting for him."

04:05:08 - 27/09/26 You won $157,000 on your $100,000 (x1.57) bet in the Bookie on Raul Rosas Jr (2-Way Full event) bet on Raul Rosas Jr v Raoni Barcelos (Mixed Martial arts)

The event ends with a nice little profit of +57 000 nothing too crazy but hey there are no small profits!

The report is updated with our fresh win : Bookie Runs - UFC Edition Report

Next event will be UFC 332 : Silva vs Cong and there will be some nice fights on the card! I already placed some bets and will be analysing the fights further this week to share my picks! I've already seen some interesting name on that card! I'm excited to share my picks!

How was your bets with this event?

Did it go your way?

iiiiiits tiiiiime 🎉

Here we go for another run of my Bookie Picks - UFC Edition and this weekend we have the UFC Fight Night : Rosas Jr vs Barcelos 💪

So this one will be pretty straight forward since I have absolutely no Idea who the fighters are on this card or I have very little knowledge of time.

Considering that I have been overbetting a little (at that cost me a lot) I'm gonna keep it simple on this one.

Fighters are you ready?🥊

My pick will be simple, there will be only one bet and I'm going with Raul

Raul Rosas Jr VS Raoni Barcelos

It took  me some time to appreciate Raul, and I still have some difficulties, but we must admit that he is a very good fighter and has a lot of potential. Raul is veeeery young (21) and already 7-1 in the UFC and on a 5 win streak. He is fighting against Barcelos who is also on a 5 win-streak and won agaisnt some pretty big names (Payton Talbott, Ricky Simon, Montel Jackson). However, he is 39 years old and in the Bantamweight division, it is an old age. If he would have been a bit younger, I would have gone with him. But who knows, we've been surprised in the past!

07:36:59 - 20/09/26 You placed a $100,000 (x1.57) bet in the Bookie on Raul Rosas Jr (2-Way Full event) bet on Raoni Barcelos v Raul Rosas Jr (Mixed Martial arts)

Yup! That's it! I,m thrilled to watch the event and discover some fighters I didn't know! The event will be this Saturday starting at 5PM ET.

What are your picks?

Ding! Ding! Ding! Fights over🔔🔔🔔

Well that was a "holy shit" night!

There were some veeeery good fights that made my hands sweat!

We made some good bets but some other weren't too good.

Charles Jourdain v Chito Vera

🏆Vera wins by TKO

Very intense R1, Vera is good to catch the kicks. Jourdain got some hard calf kick. Vera was very good in this fight, some hard hard shots. Crazy how though Vera is, Jourdain landed some shots and elbows and he ate them like breakfast. But man Vera really is on another level. Glad he bounced back from his 4 streak loss. Good job. Loat 200k though, that one hurt.

02:13:09 - 20/09/26 You lost your $200,000 (x1.40) bet in the Bookie on Charles Jourdain (2-Way Full event) bet on Marlon Vera v Charles Jourdain (Mixed Martial arts)

Gable Steveson VS Shawn Sharaf

🏆Sharaf wins by KO

I had a bad feeling about that fight. Gable made a very nice debut with his first fight, but as soon as you make noise, you start getting better and more legit opponent. Thats were the real tests begins.

03:40:08 - 20/09/26 You lost your $10,000 (x1.05) bet in the Bookie on Gable Steveson (2-Way Full event) bet on Gable Steveson v Sean Sharaf (Mixed Martial arts)

Tai Tuivasa VS Robelis Despaigne

🏆Despaigne wins via Split Decision

Despaigne was a legit opponent for Tai to bounce back. Tai had a very good R1 and landed some good shots. Robelis' height and reach was definitely a factor in this fight. Robelis did enough to win via SD. That fight made my hands sweat.

02:11:08 - 20/09/26 You won $58,500 on your $50,000 (x1.17) bet in the Bookie on Robelis Despaigne (2-Way Full event) bet on Tai Tuivasa v Robelis Despaigne (Mixed Martial arts)

Michael Aswell Jr. VS  Joo Sang Yoo

🏆Aswell Jr. Wins via Split Decision

Michael was very agressive in R1 and landing some good overhand et hooks. His oressure beat Yoo's long range. Yoo seems hesitant in R1 and R2. I feel like he's not able to ler hia fists go. Yoo picked it yp in R3 but it was too little too late.

01:49:07 - 20/09/26 You lost your $50,000 (x1.36) bet in the Bookie on Joo-Sang Yoo (2-Way Full event) bet on Michael Aswell v Joo-Sang Yoo (Mixed Martial arts)

Arman Tsarukyan v Mauricio Ruffy

🏆 Tsarukyan wins by KO

Didnt watch the fight, but saw the highlights this morning! Daaaaaaamn nice! Arman just showed he can be a complete fighter with his abilities to sub but to KO as well!

05:20:10 - 20/09/26 You won $66,500 on your $50,000 (x1.33) bet in the Bookie on Arman Tsarukyan (2-Way Full event) bet on Arman Tsarukyan v Mauricio Ruffy (Mixed Martial arts)

Joshua Van v Alexandre Pantoja

🏆Van wins via Unanimous Decision

Didnt watch the fight either (went to bed!) but  Joshua Van seem to have been dominant amd gave Pantoja a rough time. His cardio looked insane!

05:20:16 - 20/09/26 You won $86,500 on your $50,000 (x1.73) bet in the Bookie on Joshua Van (2-Way Full event) bet on Joshua Van v Alexandre Pantoja (Mixed Martial arts)

So with these fights we are around 200 000$ down 😂😅 I'm starting to think I'm never gonna be profitable in this adventure!

Bookie Run - UFC Edition report

I'm burning through money really fast, we are already down to $548 500,00 since the begining. I'll have to pick my bets and chose only bets I'm absolutely sure of and decrease the amount of bets I make in a card.

But I'm having fun and I like to share my thoughts with you guys!

Thats it for this run!!

Did you watch the fights? Has your picks been good?

The next event will be this saturday for UFC Fight Night : Rosas Jr VS Barcelos its been a long time since we've seen Raul Rosas Jr in the cage, this will be fun! Chiwiiiiiwiiiii😝

I'll be sharing my picks soon 🔥

Fighters are you ready?🥊

Sorry for the long delay in posting, I've had a crazy week!!

Will do the styling tomorrow morning!

EDIT : Alright, Alright, Alright In Matthew McConaughey's voice so tonight's the night! I'ts gonna be UFC 331 : Van VS Pantoja and I hope your picks are ready!

Here are my picks 👇

Charles Jourdain v Chito Vera

Charles Jourdain all the way. Jourdain has been finishing everyone since he joined the bantamweight division. Not only that bu Chito Vera is on a 4 loss streak, that's very hard to come back from that, especially agaisnt a guy that is on a 3 win streak in a division that is better suited for him. Finally, ahead of this fight Chito has changed coach in an attempt to be bettertaken care of. Its rarely the case, 90% of the time, its just the beginning of the end when a fighter is on a lpaing atreak and changes coaches. Chito has never been finished, he's a very tough oppenent, very durable. This is a stretch, a very long shot but Charles could finish this fight via submission with a guillotine. Not only I believe he's the better fighter but he's from my region in Québec, so I'll go for my home boy 💪

19:15:24 - 06/09/26 You placed a $200,000 (x1.40) bet in the Bookie on Charles Jourdain (2-Way Full event) bet on Marlon Vera v Charles Jourdain (Mixed Martial arts)

Gable Steveson VS Shawn Sharaf

Lets go gable, I'm going with the hype. He's had a good first fight a couple of weeks ago. But since the odds are 1.05 I don't want to risk money for so little return. So I put a little 10 000 just for the fun of it.

13:31:39 - 15/09/26 You placed a $10,000 (x1.05) bet in the Bookie on Gable Steveson (2-Way Full event) bet on Gable Steveson v Sean Sharaf (Mixed Martial arts)

Tai Tuivasa VS Robelis Despaigne

Tai is on a 7-streak loss. I know he used to be very good, but this time has passed. Robelis does his UFC debut and Tai is at 5.20 odds. Might be worth to put a little something on Tai. We never know when he's gonna bounce back and he could do it agaisnt a guy who does his UFC Debut, when he has more experience in the cage. But realistically, I'll go with Despaigne.

13:31:07 - 15/09/26 You placed a $50,000 (x1.17) bet in the Bookie on Robelis Despaigne (2-Way Full event) bet on Tai Tuivasa v Robelis Despaigne (Mixed Martial arts)

Michael Aswell Jr. VS Joo Sang Yoo

Oh yeah! I'm going with Joo Sang Yoo, I've been following him since his debut and he's a very good boxer. Tall long and strong.

00:46:52 - 15/09/26 You placed a $50,000 (x1.36) bet in the Bookie on Joo-Sang Yoo (2-Way Full event) bet on Michael Aswell v Joo-Sang Yoo (Mixed Martial arts)

Arman Tsarukyan v Mauricio Ruffy

Going with Arman Tsarukyan on this one! Didn't have much time to explain my reasoning xD but yeah, Arman.

13:31:52 - 15/09/26 You placed a $50,000 (x1.33) bet in the Bookie on Arman Tsarukyan (2-Way Full event) bet on Arman Tsarukyan v Mauricio Ruffy (Mixed Martial arts)

Joshua Van v Alexandre Pantoja

I'm going with Van on this one, he's had the time to train and to prepare a lot for this fight and hadn't sustain any loss or injury since their fight. As for Pantoja, its a freaky accident he had and I think it will remain in his mind. It might affect his confidence. Both fighters are very sharp and dangerous. It could go either way, but I think Van will get the W.

13:32:51 - 15/09/26 You placed a $50,000 (x1.73) bet in the Bookie on Joshua Van (2-Way Full event) bet on Joshua Van v Alexandre Pantoja (Mixed Martial arts

That's it for today, that's another big card with a lots of picks. Hopefully we'll have more success than last time, we'll see tonight!

What do you think about those picks?

Ding! Ding! Ding! Fights over!🔔

Alright, alright, alright

Well this was interesting.

Some really good fights has been going on on this card but MAN did I get wrecked on this card 💥

✅Jean Silva v Jose Miguel Delgado

🏆Jean Silva wins via RNC

So glad that Jean Silva won. I feared that he might lose this fight, his demeanor and walkout really had me worried. He was too much in his head, trying to play a role and act a certain way. We coudl see in R1 he was trying to "look like something"(?) he had an unusual stance, not moving, he looked like he wanted to prove his reputation and play on his aura. He got rocked solid and ate lots of punches. Thats what happens when you are too "in your head". I'm glad in R2 he completely snapped out of it and found his usual fighting style. He lost R1, won R2 and finished with a niiiiiice one arm RNC!

02:00:11 - 13/09/26 You won $62,500 on your $50,000 (x1.25) bet in the Bookie on Jean Silva (2-Way Full event) bet on Jean Silva v Jose Delgado (Mixed Martial arts)

❌ Waldo Cortes Acosta VS Curtis Blaydes

🏆 Curtis Blaydes wins via UD

«Waldo has always impressed me.» Well this fight wasnt one of those times! He didnt try anything. A boring fight. Sad to lose that way.

23:36:07 - 12/09/26 You lost your $50,000 (x1.50) bet in the Bookie on Waldo Cortes Acosta (2-Way Full event) bet on Waldo Cortes Acosta v Curtis Blaydes (Mixed Martial arts)

❌Manon Fiorot VS Alexa Grasso

🏆Alexa Grasso wins via UD

Nooooooo! Manon fought very well in R2 and R3. R1 She got rocked a couple of times. She picked it up in R2 but Alexa was just so fast and precise. I think the weight cut was hard on Manon, she looked very dried up the day before and weight cut can be really bad on a fighter. It's alright, she will bounce back!

00:01:10 - 13/09/26 You lost your $50,000 (x1.44) bet in the Bookie on Manon Fiorot (2-Way Full event) bet on Manon Fiorot v Alexa Grasso (Mixed Martial arts)

Soooooooo we got a net loss of $87 500. Not going very well so far😅

I updated the records on our spreadsheet : Bookie Bets - UFC Edition🥊

I'm definitely not as profitable as I used to be, but it's alright, I'm having fun nonetheless and I'm glad that you share your thoughts on the fights as well!

Next card will be this weekend and it's gonna be UFC 331 : Van vs Pantoja and I'm so hyped for this card, there's gonna be some fights I've been waiting to see! Pantoja will try to win back his belt after his bad loss (dislocated elbow). We'll see how it goes!

I'm excited to share my bets with you all!

See you soon!

Fingers crossed for Saturday 🤞

The only fight that worries me is Manon Fiorot and Alexa Grassot, the other ones I'm sure will pass! We'll see!

Bookie Picks - UFC Edition · · 1 like

Yeah that's rough. Dan used to line W fight after fight and now he is 35 (in the Featherweight division) and 1-4 in his last 5 fights and fell off the rankings. Its really an unforgiving sport and unfortunately it looks like end of career performances. But damn he is tough and is willing to fight!

And on the contrary Martinez is 28 and on a 10-win streak and raising in the rankings (#7 Meta Rankings). He's young, fresh and getting better everyday. Not only that, but it is a Bantanweight fight, which means Ige will have to drop one weight class to fight. Sometimes it's a good thing (a stronger fighter goes down one weight class and is better in that class, like Charles Jourdain did) but it can have consequences as well (dehydration, less energy, more prone to KO, etc). We'll see how Ige can compete in that class!

Enjoy the fights!

iiiiiits tiiiiime 🎉

Here we go for another run of the Bookie Picks - UFC Edition and this weekend we have the Noche UFC : Silva VS Deldago and this one will be another great night to witness.

Contrary to the last one, this one will be a bit more conservative as I only chose fights which I have +85% certainty. I'm trusting my instinct. We'll see what the results are!

Fighters, are you ready?🔔

In such an interesting event, we  will have the chance to see some very good boxing.

And for this event, I'm going with these picks :

Jean Silva VS Jose Miguel Delgado

Jean Silva got some crazy KO power. He lost to Diego Lopes but was very competitive, we witness the level of Silva and I think he's better than Miguel Delgado. Plus, since the original fight got canceled, Jose Delgado had to take this fight on a ~1 week notice. Dangerous to do this against a dangerous opponent like Silva. But who knows, that will be a super big upset to see Silva lose again.

Waldo Cortes Acosta VS Curtis Blaydes

Waldo has always impressed me. Everytime I counted him out, he won. This tim I'm gonna go with him. Waldo seems fresh and in a good shape while Curtis Blaydes is on a win/lose streak (3L, 2W), after a big streak of wins. I don't like to see these kinds of changes in a fighter, it hints me with fatigue and Waldo doesn't seem to be fatigued.

Manon Fiorot VS Alexa Grasso

Manon is very good, she recently had a title shot against Valentina Shevchenko which she lost via UD. Still, she is champion material. Alexa Grasso is a very tough opponent too. This will be a telling match up to see if Manon Fiorot still has championship potential. Overall I think Manon Fiorot has more torque and knock out power. This one could go either way, very interesting match up to see!

So we are 150 000$ in and I hope we get to recoup a bit of the huge losses we had on the last card.

I'm pretty confident with the picks I've made, I'm excited to see the results this Saturday.
