Hi,
I hit 30k crimes yesterday but have not gone up in rank. I've had a look around the forums and the only suggestion is there being a ghost trigger, but I've been above 5b networth for ages now.
It may be that I am being a complete n00b (despite playing for 13 year) but I can't work out why it hasn't triggered.

As the title says I can't complete a mission because the target is in fed.

I achieved over 50 individual dog tags during the competition. Although I did have some mugged from me, by Weds or Thursday this week I had over 50 individual tags and finished the competition with over 50 individual tags, however, the award has not been issued.
