OC ready, but cannot initiate · · 0 likes


We have an OC (planned robbery) ready and everybody is in TC and not in jail/hosp. Yet I cannot initiate it (yes, I am co-leader so Im allowed to). The error message has been persistent for the past couple of days and I checked, but everyone is actually in TC and not in hosp/jail. (obviously I can easily cancel the crime and restart it, but wanted to post it too :)

does anyone know if the ammount of items that appears is random or stacks over time? I haven't searched the city for a few months and just searched it and found 15-ish (mostly worthless) items...
