Continued 7-day installment payments so you never have to dump all your cash at once. (Exact numbers will be confirmed prior to move-in day).

Daily Active: Logs in daily to train, fly, or run crimes so upkeep payments stay on track.
Financially Consistent: Earns enough daily revenue (flying, trading, faction pay) to comfortably pay ~$2.86M every 7 days.
Good Communicator: Lets me know in advance if real life gets busy and prepays their upcoming week’s installment before going inactive.
