If you cohabit a private island with someone, firstly, can both parties access the vault, and secondly, does the other person have access to both parties money? I.e. Is it a shared account or essentially two separate accounts?

As far as it is known, does the base city bank interest rate fluctuate randomly or does something cause it to change?
Also does it change in regular intervals?
I think it would be nice if there was a graph showing interest rate, because who doesn't love graphs!!
Occasionally I get the low life icon, along with the actual loss of life; however there isn't an event associated with it. Hospitalisation never occurs in these cases. Also with these occasions I have done no activity that would lower my health i.e. taking blood, RR etc. often just browsing the market.
Browser used is Mozilla Firefox.
On the odd occasion I see the low life warning symbol (but never hospitalised), but I get no event notification from an attack, there's nothing i've done that could lose life either.
Any ideas?

If you go to 'Preferences' (the gear in the top right) then 'Management', it says you should be able to alter your faction application (a link to do so doesn't appear on mine, but that ccould be because I have no current applications).

No not on logging in, i'm pretty sure I was using the points market when this occured, I will update if and when this occurs again.
@Yaz - Didn't have anyone else confirm my health loss, and health regenerates like normal.
This has probably occurred around half a dozen times in the past week, before that I had been inactive for a while so can't say if this would've occurrred over a longer period.
Apologies, I don't know the exact time it occured today, apart from the fact that it happened within 15 minutes prior to posting the bug report so around 22:30 pm Torn time today.
Also if it helps, the last attack on me that gave an event was at 7:51:33 am Torn time, on the same day 21/05/2015

Nobody attacked me at the points i've gotten it Td3h, and nope bogie, i was online at the time.
