The entry requirements for Clothing Stores is actually the same as a Firework Stand, except the CS wants 500 Int/250 End instead of 500 Man/250 End.

I would also argue that part of the reason Firework Stands are easier to get into are because the perks aren't very good. A Clothing Store lets you train up all your work stats quickly while also giving you strong bonuses at every tier, so even if you joined a smaller 1-3 star company you're still seeing benefits vs +2 nerve and a situationally helpful perk. Firework stand even has an inactive perk at 7*, so while it might be easier to get into it's also worse for growth

I want to throw Clothing Stores Into consideration as a very good newbie friendly company to join. The 1* special lets you trade in 1jp for EXP which is helpful when grinding to level 15, and the 3* lets you trade in 10 JP for 100 End. As a new player, you're probably going to be a Sales Trainee which trains Int and Man, so this way you can train all 3 job stats at once.

The other perks are pretty good across all stages of the game (not necessarily great, but still useful), granting 75% mug protection and +20% Armor at the top levels.

Some energy cans would be nice to get
