Curious about buying a faction cheaper than new, doesn't have to be anything crazy or fancy, current new price is ~20mil can be a little over if its got good resp. Just getting my feelers out there on faction buying/selling costs. (If cheaper than new doesn't exist then kill me but the forum said its something that happens)
